Pada hari Selasa, 2 April 2024, sebuah acara sosialisasi peraturan perusahaan yang diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan Xaverius Tanjungkarang digelar di Laboratorium IPA SMP Xaverius Kotabumi. Acara ini dihadiri oleh seluruh SDM Kependidikan Xaverius Kotabumi yang terdiri dari para guru, tata usaha, pramubakti, serta satpam.
Sosialisasi ini disampaikan secara langsung oleh dua perwakilan Yayasan Xaverius Tanjungkarang, yaitu Bapak Yoga Raharja dan Bapak Petrus Riswanto. Kehadiran kedua perwakilan tersebut menjadi bentuk komitmen Yayasan Xaverius Tanjungkarang dalam memastikan pemahaman yang mendalam terkait dengan peraturan-peraturan perusahaan yang akan dijalankan.
Kegiatan ini diawali tepat pada pukul 09.00 WIB dan berlangsung hingga pukul 15.30 WIB. Peserta diberikan waktu yang cukup untuk mendengarkan paparan dari kedua pemateri serta berinteraksi melalui sesi tanya jawab yang berlangsung secara interaktif.
Sosialisasi peraturan perusahaan ini merupakan upaya Yayasan Xaverius Tanjungkarang dalam memperkuat komunikasi internal serta memastikan bahwa semua SDM yang terlibat memahami dengan jelas mengenai kebijakan dan tata tertib yang berlaku di lingkungan kerja.
Berbagai topik dibahas dalam acara tersebut, termasuk prosedur pengajuan cuti, kewajiban administratif, kode etik, dan aturan keamanan dan kesehatan kerja. Materi-materi tersebut disampaikan secara komprehensif sehingga peserta dapat memahaminya dengan baik.
Selama sesi tanya jawab, terjadi interaksi yang aktif antara peserta dengan pemateri. Hal ini menunjukkan antusiasme dan keinginan peserta untuk memahami lebih dalam terkait dengan peraturan-peraturan perusahaan. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan juga menunjukkan minat yang tinggi untuk berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih baik.
Acara sosialisasi ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai sukses karena tercapainya tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada seluruh SDM Kependidikan Xaverius Kotabumi terkait dengan peraturan-peraturan perusahaan. Semoga pemahaman yang didapat pada acara ini dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari di lingkungan kerja.
