Kotabumi, 2 September 2024 – SMP Xaverius Kotabumi sukses melaksanakan simulasi Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) tahun 2024. Kegiatan yang berlangsung pada 2 September dan 3 September ini diikuti oleh siswa kelas VIII yang dipilih secara acak sebagai peserta utama dalam asesmen.
Simulasi ANBK merupakan program dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kompetensi dasar siswa dalam literasi, numerasi, serta survei karakter dan lingkungan belajar. Pelaksanaan ANBK di SMP Xaverius Kotabumi berjalan dengan lancar tanpa hambatan berarti, berkat persiapan yang matang oleh pihak sekolah.
“Kami telah mempersiapkan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, termasuk jaringan internet dan perangkat komputer yang mendukung jalannya ANBK. Para siswa juga telah diberikan simulasi sebelumnya agar familiar dengan format ujian berbasis komputer ini,” ujar Kepala Sekolah SMP Xaverius Kotabumi, Ibu Christina Wiwik Supriyanti, S.Si.
Dalam pelaksanaannya, ANBK di sekolah ini dibagi menjadi dua ruangan Lab Komputer, untuk memastikan kelancaran akses jaringan. Para pengawas yang bertugas juga telah mengikuti pelatihan khusus untuk memastikan pelaksanaan asesmen sesuai standar nasional.
Salah satu peserta simulasi ANBK, Ervin, menyatakan bahwa meskipun ada sedikit rasa gugup pada awalnya, ia merasa terbantu dengan pendampingan Ibu Brigita Ayu Kirana Dewi, S.Pd. dan Ibu Y. Cintya Perdana Ningrum, S.Pd. yang diberikan sebelumnya. “Dengan simulasi, kami lebih siap mengerjakan soal-soal yang diberikan. Soal literasi dan numerasi cukup menantang, namun saya berjuang untuk mengerjakannya dengan baik,” ujarnya.
Selain mengukur kemampuan siswa, simulasi ANBK juga menjadi sarana evaluasi dan pemantapan persiapan bagi pihak sekolah dan pemerintah dalam melaksanakan ANBK yang menjadi alat ukur penilaian mutu pendidikan. Hasil dari simulasi ANBK ini nantinya akan menjadi bahan evaluasi yang penting bagi proses pendampingan berikutnya, sebelum pelaksanaan ANBK sesungguhnya. Hal ini sangat penting karena menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan kurikulum dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah di seluruh Indonesia.
Dengan berakhirnya simulasi ANBK ini, SMP Xaverius Kotabumi berharap dapat terus memberikan pendidikan berkualitas bagi para siswa, serta berkontribusi dalam membangun generasi bangsa yang unggul dan kompeten.
